Ta del i vårt nordiske IR & Communications‑team som Customer Success Manager. Vi søker en relasjonssterk og proaktiv Customer Success Manager til Oslo Børs, som vil bidra til at våre kunder får maksimal verdi ut av Euronext Corporate Solutions. I denne rollen blir du en sentral del av IR & Communications‑teamet og jobber tett med selskaper notert på børser over hele Europa. Du får ansvar for hele kundeporteføljen innen IR & Comms‑løsningene våre. og samarbeider direkte med blant annet CFOer og IR‑ansvarlige. Hovedfokuset vil være den store og voksende kundebasen i Norge og de øvrige nordiske landene. Ansvarsområder: Være hovedkontakt for tildelte Corporate‑kunder og bygge sterke, tillitsfulle relasjoner gjennom hele kundereisen – fra onboarding til løpende bruk og øvrige post‑sales aktiviteter. Sikre rask og effektiv håndtering av eskalerte saker for å opprettholde en positiv kundeopplevelse. Forstå kundenes mål og utfordringer, og veilede dem i hvordan våre produkter best støtter deres behov. Overvåke kundetilfredshet og engasjement, identifisere risikoer og muligheter, og drive målrettet opp‑ og kryssalg basert på innsikt og data. Gjennomføre jevnlige oppfølgingsmøter, business reviews og opplæringssesjoner for å sikre at kundene realiserer verdi og er fornøyde. Samarbeide tett med salg, produkt, support og øvrige team i Oslo Børs og Euronext‑gruppen for å løse behov, dele tilbakemeldinger og håndtere eventuelle eskaleringer. Utarbeide og følge opp Customer Success‑planer, sikre progresjon mot nøkkelmål, og bidra til vellykkede fornyelser og langsiktig kundelojalitet. Drive strukturerte upsell‑kampanjer i egen kundeportefølje. Være kundens interne talsperson og sikre at deres behov påvirker produktutvikling og strategi. Kvalifikasjoner: Minimum to års erfaring fra kundevendte roller innen Customer Success, Account Management eller tilsvarende, gjerne innen kapitalmarkedsmiljøet og/eller i et SaaS‑ eller teknologiselskap. Dokumentert erfaring med å håndtere Corporate‑kunder og levere sterke kunderesultater. Svært gode kommunikasjons-, forhandlings- og problemløsningsevner. Sterke analytiske ferdigheter, med evne til å tolke data og omsette innsikt til konkrete anbefalinger. Flytende i norsk og engelsk; arbeidsspråk i andre nordiske språk er en fordel. Bachelorgrad innen business, teknologi eller et relevant fagområde.
