Euronext Amsterdam biedt een veelzijdige stageplek waarin je meewerkt aan de organisatie van diverse evenementen, van formele bijeenkomsten tot netwerkbijeenkomsten en ceremonies. Over Euronext Euronext is de toonaangevende beurs van Europa, met vestigingen in onder andere Amsterdam, Brussel, Parijs en Milaan. Grote bedrijven zoals ASML, Heineken en Unilever zijn hier genoteerd. Het hoofdkantoor van Euronext Amsterdam is gevestigd in het historische beursgebouw aan Beursplein 5, midden in het financiële centrum van Nederland. Wat ga je doen? Als Event & Communications Stagiair ondersteun je het Events Team bij de organisatie en uitvoering van uiteenlopende evenementen, waaronder: Traditionele gongceremonies Noteringsceremonies Workshops en trainingen Zakelijke bijeenkomsten, lunches en diners Interne evenementen zoals het eindejaarsfeest en de familiedag Round table meetings en webcasts Je houdt je bezig met de voorbereiding en coördinatie van deze evenementen. Dit betekent dat je onder andere werkt aan de gastenlijsten, draaiboeken, de logistieke planning, presentatiematerialen en AV-ondersteuning. Daarnaast onderhoud je via e-mail, telefoon en chat contact met externe bedrijven en interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. De evenementen vinden plaats op onze locatie in Amsterdam of op externe locaties. Wie zoeken wij? Je hebt een gastvrije instelling en werkt klantgericht Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en werkt gestructureerd Je communiceert makkelijk en legt snel contact met verschillende teams Je kunt goed omgaan met deadlines en weet prioriteiten te stellen Je hebt affiniteit met evenementenorganisatie en interesse in de financiële sector Wat breng je mee? Je bent bezig met een hbo-opleiding in Eventmanagement, Hotelmanagement of Facility Management Je bent fulltime beschikbaar (4-5 dagen per week) voor minimaal 5 maanden Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels Je hebt basiskennis van Word, Excel en PowerPoint Wat bieden wij?
