we are looking for an intern to join our Regulation and Post trade team. The intern will be based in Milan, Piazza degli Affari. Key Responsibilities The candidate will support the team in the following activities: updating, verification and monitoring of internal consistency of the provisions of the Rules of Borsa Italiana, MTS, Cassa di Compensazione e Garanzia and Monte Titoli assessment of compliance of the aforementioned Rules with internal and external provisions monitoring of new domestic and international regulatory initiatives, and subsequent thematic analysis comparative analysis of national regulations in force and implications on the national regulatory framework Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has: Master's Degree in Law Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Teamworking, precision and attention to details Join Euronext – Shape capital markets for future generations Euronext is the leading European capital market covering the entire capital markets value chain, from listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody, to solutions for issuers and investors.
