Join us as an IT Business Analyst Manager! Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an IT Business Analyst Manager   to join the IT Transformation Team in Milan. The candidate should join the IT Transformation team as Business Analysis Manager for repo products. He will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technology  by leading a team of skilled Business Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business requirements, and aligning IT solutions with strategic business objectives. Key Accountabilities Coordinate a team of Business Analysts, providing  guidance and professional development Oversee the end-to-end business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process for complex development projects Produce specific functional documentation and design, such as specifications, user guides and reports Manage and align multiple project teams, serving as a critical interface between IT, Product Owners, and Project managers Conduct high-level design studies and support sales initiatives and feasibility studies Review and validate complex functional specifications produced by the team, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibility Develop and implement strategic BA methodologies and best practices across the organization Provide senior-level oversight of project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships to drive organizational efficiency and project success Promote innovation across the organization sponsoring PoC initiative and external collaborations Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders   Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience with agility and SCRUM Extensive experience in business analysis in the fintech industry with proven track record of team leadership Advanced problem-solving and strategic analytical skills Exceptional communication abilities, with demonstrated capability to interface with C-level executives and clients Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams Understanding the basics of architectures, development languages and SQL Excellent oral and written skills adequate for documenting complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously W e are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
