Newsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies Certified as a Great Place to Work® Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance Accounts Executive Accounts Executive Duties and responsibilities: ·         Handling daily accounting operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Ledger), month-end closing reports, and assisting with audits and tax. ·         Maintain, prepare & monitor AR/AP ageing reports as well as follow-up for payment. Action needs to be taken when necessary (e.g.: issue Statement of account on monthly basis, follow-up reminder emails & etc). ·         Liaise with suppliers, client and external auditors. ·         Prepare reports required for Service Tax submission. ·         Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with tax & financial requirements. All accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references. ·         Assist with ad-hock tasks and projects assigned by Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager. Requirements: ·         Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. ·         Minimum 1-3 years of working experience. ·         Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP). ·         Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. ·         Able to meet tight deadline and work independently.
