Candidates with additional professional qualifications would fit well into a large and diverse team of adjusters and support. It is expected that you will quickly become a key member of that team, undertaking a broad range of loss adjusting and insurance-based instructions, dealing with a variety of claims. Responsibilities: Deliver professional and excellent service when completing site assessments, interacting with customers and clients. Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders. Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation. Verify the nature and extend of loss/ damage. Contributing to the further growth and success of the company. Requirements: 5+ years insurance loss adjusting experience or equivalent work experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent.
