We collaborate in office. All candidates must be able to report to our Memphis office, 8125 Sedgwick Way Memphis TN 38125 PRIMARY PURPOSE : To provide administrative support to the claims department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews scanned documents for key data. Researches and processes electronic mail; modifies documents to correct claim and/or responsible party. Adheres to Best Practices and follows indexing protocol. Maintains service level agreements and meets production goals. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High School Diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge Oral and written communication skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Organizational skills Interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
