If you thrive on solving complex problems, supporting clients through challenging times, and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you. As a Major Loss Adjuster, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims, including material damage and business interruption. From the initial investigation to final settlement, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding clients through the claims process with professionalism and empathy. You’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supported by Adjusting Executives and technical specialists. Whether you’re on-site assessing damage or compiling reports from home or the office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and meeting client expectations.
