The Role: As a Global Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for executing procurement processes including category management, sourcing strategy, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance/relationship management. In this role you will Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objective Be responsible of sourcing & procurement for EE components Be responsible for supplier management, price negotiation and cost reduction Be responsible for new supplier selection Be responsible for the negotiation with suppliers on the contract/agreements and business terms Gathering and analyzing information about the market, including competitors, customers, trends and products Need to provide supplier roadmap and market trend & analysis to internal customers on regular basis Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and external partners & suppliers. Interact with key business leaders and managers/buyers to proactively identify potential sourcing opportunities Drive saving initiatives for the responsible category Work on long term component capacity planning and identifying sourcing bottlenecks Your Skills: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business and/or Engineering Excellent English in Reading/Speaking/Writing At least 5-8 years sourcing experience or equivalent - EE components Good capabilities to understand technology, key market players, market drivers and cost structure Good communication Strong interpersonal skill Strong analytical and negotiation skill Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work globally (3 regions US, EMEA and AP) Small Company.
