Aktuell befinden sich die für die Geschäftsführung relevanten Zahlen und Daten in unterschiedlichen ERP-Systemen und Finanzdatenbanken wie SAP BO und SAP FI. Daher suchen wir Dich als Studentische Hilfskraft für 15-20 Stunden /Woche zur Unterstützung bei der Konsolidierung und Analyse unserer Daten . Was Du gerne machst: Extraktion relevanter Business-Daten und Kennzahlen aus unterschiedlichen Datenbanken und Systemen Aufbereitung und Zusammenführung der Daten in übersichtliche Reports und Dashboards Entwicklung von KI Prompts Du arbeitest gerne hauptsächlich remote, kommst aber ab und an gerne in unser Büro in Düsseldorf Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer, dem Digital Manager und Finance Manager Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung unserer Datenstruktur und -transparenz Was wir uns wünschen: Eingeschriebene/r Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (andere Fachrichtungen willkommen bei entsprechender Affinität zu Zahlen und IT) Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken und Fehleridentifikation Grundkenntnisse in SQL (für Abfragen in relationalen Datenbanken) Verständnis von Datenformaten (CSV, Excel, JSON, XML) Sicherer Umgang mit Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln, Datenvalidierung) Kenntnisse in Business Intelligence Tools wie Power BI wünschenswert Fähigkeit, Dashboards und Reports zu erstellen wünschenswert Grundverständnis von Datenbankstrukturen und Schnittstellen (APIs) Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Automatisierung und Analyse Bereitschaft, sich in bestehende Systeme einzuarbeiten und Ordnung in komplexe Datenstrukturen zu bringen Eigeninitiative und Kreativität bei der Lösungsfindung Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Wir bieten Flexible Arbeitszeiten (15–20 Stunden/Woche) Überwiegend remote, mit gelegentlichen Meetings im Düsseldorfer Büro Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Digital und dem Finance Manager Raum für eigene Ideen und Mitgestaltung Kostenfreie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten über Workday Learning und die Sedgwick University.
