Description de la profession : L'opérateur ou l'opératrice en informatique installent et configurent le matériel, les applications et les logiciels composant l'infrastructure informatique d'une entreprise ou d'une organisation. Ils les connectent au réseau, en assurent la maintenance et interviennent en cas de panne ou de problème de fonctionnement. Ils assistent également les utilisateurs et conseillent la clientèle lors de l'achat d'un équipement informatique. Votre contribution : L’apprenti-e informaticien-ne orientation technique des systèmes participera avec le reste de l’équipe IT au support et au suivi des projets pour Logitech Europe SA. Nous offrons un encadrement et des conditions avantageuses pour la durée de l’apprentissage de 3 ans. Vous aurez l’opportunité d’apprendre et de progresser dans une entreprise bilingue FR/ANG et toucherez aux différents domaines définis dans le cadre du plan de formation d’informaticien CFC. Logitech accompagne l’apprenti-e informaticien-ne CFC pour le familiariser, de façon progressive, avec les domaines suivants : Introduction au monde professionnel Installation et mise en service de postes de travail Maintenance et protection des systèmes centralisés Support et assistance de premier niveau aux utilisateurs Installation et support des équipements de téléphonie Utilisation d’outils onlines, machines virtuelles, serveurs décentralisés Aide à la conception, déploiement et test de solutions orientées utilisateurs Introduction à la gestion de projet Le lieu d’apprentissage principal est situé sur le site de Lausanne EPFL Au cours de cette formation sont prévus des stages dans d’autres centres informatiques (cours inter-entreprises). Durée de l'apprentissage 3 ans Maturité professionnelle technique Possibilité de suivre les cours de maturité professionnelle technique intégrée. Cours professionnels : Apprentissage sans maturité professionnelle technique : 2 jours par semaine en 1ère et 2ème année, 1 jour par semaine en 3ème.   Conditions d'admission : Certificat de fin de scolarité obligatoire VG ou VP aptitudes particulières en mathématiques.
