Business Ownership ·        Own and deliver the revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the Amazon account. ·        Develop and execute short- and long-term account growth strategies. ·        Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends to identify opportunities and risks. 2. Relationship Management ·        Build strong relationships with Amazon category and vendor managers. ·        Negotiate terms, visibility campaigns, and promotional support. ·        Manage escalations and ensure smooth operational communication with Amazon teams. 3. Planning & Execution ·        Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning and forecasting. ·        Collaborate with demand planning and logistics teams to ensure optimum stock levels and timely deliveries. ·        Oversee product listings, A+ content, and ensure brand consistency. 4. Marketing & Visibility ·        Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns such as Deal of the Day, Prime Day, and other key events. ·        Optimize AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) spends and measure ROI for advertising investments. ·        Track competitor activity and pricing to maintain competitiveness. 5. Data & Performance Analysis ·        Monitor key KPIs such as conversion, buy box %, stock health, rating & reviews, and returns. ·        Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights. ·        Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven learnings. 6. Compliance & Operations ·        Ensure compliance with platform policies, content standards, and commercial terms. ·        Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation and dispute resolution. ·        Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain healthy fill rates and avoid stock-outs.
