The Role: The Sr CMF Design Specialist develops design concepts and specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics, perceived value and appearance of physical hardware products and systems for product consumers and end users.  Responsible for vision supporting and product development to work close to the global new product innovation team.  You will have exposure to the full product development journey. You will be part of the Global CMF Design Team and will collaborate with a global network of multi-disciplinary designers and engineers. Your Contribution: - Be Yourself. Be Open. In this role you will: • Play the role of Design Specialist to support the strategy designer’s idea.  •In charge of the product design level new product innovation and have a strong sense of golden sample and limit sample signature. • Set standards and implement best practices to achieve CMF Design excellence in mass-production • Provide strategic vision to ID, Brand and Marketing fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration • Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering to ensure targets and schedules are met • Create and compile CMF prototype samples, to grow our global materials library Your  Qualifications and Skills: - At least 5 years of professional CMF design experience, defining trends, color, material, and finishes for mass manufacture. - Excellent visualization and presentation skills, using Adobe Creative Suite and Keyshot. - Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and a passion for emerging material technologies. - Strong organizational skills. - Great visual, verbal, and written communication skills. - Fluent in English. - Experience in Industrial Design or Mechanical Product Design Engineering. - Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques. - Strong portfolio of cutting-edge design demonstrating solid design skills and forward thinking. - Understanding of the latest CE technologies and manufacturing processes.
