The Role: As Embedded Software Manager , you will oversee firmware activities for our team in Krakow. We have an established office in Poland, but you will lead the first team dedicated to mice and keyboards in this location. You will help assemble and guide this new group. Your team has the responsibility to co-build the reference design and platform for our next generation of products. In this role you will: Build the Team : You will hire the right talent to establish our mice and keyboards presence in Poland. You manage performance and support the professional growth of your staff Technical Leadership : You act as a leader to define the platform backlog and roadmap. You drive the schedule to meet the agreed milestones Process Ownership : You define and promote engineering best practices. This includes design reviews, code reviews, test-driven development, and continuous integration. Quality Control : You take ownership of the modularity, quality, and stability of the embedded platform code. You balance code complexity with disciplined practices Global Alignment : You work closely with senior firmware leaders from all global sites. You align with Embedded System Architects to ensure platforms and products integrate well Solve Problems : You remove roadblocks for your team. You anticipate setbacks and mediate disputes to find common ground Your Skills & Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: 5+ years of experience in Embedded Software Engineering, with strong experience on C/C++ 3+ years of experience in team management or technical project management with proven track record of mentoring engineers Strong hands-on experience in Zephyr and low-power chips Strong experience with Agile and Jira Ability to look into code and design details to ensure proper architecture Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English Willingness to work on-site from the Krakow office at least 3 days a week #LI-MT1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
