In this role you will: Lead critical global manufacturing projects, ensuring strict adherence to defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. Drive hands-on execution of special assignments, coordinating resources across overseas partners to meet urgent targets. Resolve complex operational bottlenecks and supply chain risks to guarantee seamless sourcing and fulfillment. Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, maintaining precise control over budget, schedule, and cross-functional deliverables. Translate strategic goals into actionable manufacturing plans, ensuring successful delivery of high-stakes operational initiatives.   Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: 1. Senior Industry Leadership (15+ Years) Must possess a minimum of 15 years of comprehensive experience in the Electronic Manufacturing industry. 2. Operational & Supply Chain Mastery Proven expertise in managing end-to-end Daily Operations , including Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement. Ability to balance high-level program management with the tactical execution of complex manufacturing projects. 3. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or higher is required  4. Communication & Language Skills Fluent in English with the ability to articulate complex technical and operational concepts clearly.   Preferred Qualifications: Background should include significant tenure at a major Branding Company, Top-Tier EMS, or hands-on Manufacturing Service provider. Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in Overseas Operations and Global Fulfillment . Must demonstrate the ability to navigate international logistics, cross-border compliance, and multi-region vendor management. Advanced Communication Skills: Must be a strong negotiator and relationship builder, capable of bridging gaps between internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and global teams. /104 #LI-KS1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
