Au quotidien : Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié des assurés, compagnies, et intermédiaires Vous coordonnez vos expertises avec l’appui d’un(e) assistant(e) dédié(e) Vous évaluez les dommages et rédigez des rapports structurés et clairs Vous suivez vos dossiers avec rigueur, autonomie et transparence Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des assurés, en leur apportant écoute, pédagogie et expertise à chaque étape du sinistre Vous traitez des dossiers à enjeux > 30K€ 🌟  Votre profil Formation dans le bâtiment ou l’assurance avec  au moins 3 ans d’expérience en expertise Aisance relationnelle, sens client, gestion des priorités Attaché(e) à la qualité du service rendu, vous savez allier rigueur méthodologique et agilité terrain.
