Role Overview: As the Global Product Manager of Gaming Accessories at Logitech G, you will be responsible for shaping our portfolio of gaming accessories—ranging from mousepads, to headset stands, to charging docks, and more. You’ll oversee the product development lifecycle while identifying customer needs, industry trends, and partnership opportunities to strengthen Logitech G’s leadership in gaming. Your work will directly impact how gamers gear up for their most immersive experiences. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute strategies for gaming accessories that align with Logitech G’s vision and growth goals. Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, identify emerging trends, and leverage gamer feedback to define product priorities. End-to-End Product Development: Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to launch innovative, high-quality gaming accessories. Collaboration with Partners: Work with esports teams and game developers to create accessories optimized for cutting-edge gameplay experiences, or fun collaborations. Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate on future updates to enhance user satisfaction and market impact. Leadership & Influence: Act as the champion of the accessories category, building alignment across stakeholders and inspiring teams toward shared goals. Willingness to Travel: Travel internationally as required in support of product builds and key product planning meetings Qualifications: Experience: product management experience in consumer electronics, gaming peripherals, or related industries. Technical Acumen: Understanding of hardware development processes, materials, and user-interface innovations. Gaming Expertise: Deep passion for gaming and familiarity with major gaming ecosystems and trends. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing market data and performance metrics to make informed decisions. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
