PLEASE SEND RESUME IN ENGLISH The Role: The Demand Planner will bring demand planning closer to our internal and external customers while gathering and analyzing demand trends and signals. We are driving collaborations with multiple business partners and taking on a key role in driving business decisions. This position will be leading a product category and you will be responsible for managing the demand forecast at both Sell In and Sell Thru levels, driving the S&OP processes and the category success from a supply chain perspective. You will work very closely with the Regional Demand Lead, regional category marketing, regional finance, and supply chain teams. Your Contribution: - Build and develop engaging relationships with key stakeholders. - Acquire, understand, and incorporate demand signals, channel data, and replenishment triggers in the development of the product level demand plan, up to 18 months for a product category across LATAM regions. - Establish and maintain SKU-level demand plan for assigned product category using analytical and statistical tools, intelligence gathering, and collaboration. - Monitor weekly sales progress, inventory levels, and take corrective and preventive actions with related functions to avoid supply shortages and excess/aging stocks. - Prepare and present demand plans, via different scenario planning, actual performances, inventory status, and call out any risks and opportunities with the appropriate solution during monthly S&OP meetings with senior executives. - Monitor forecast KPIs (e.g., BIAS, MAPE), conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and accountability. - Ensure data integrity and effectiveness of demand planning systems (Kinaxis, IA, etc), while promoting automation and planning best practices. Your Qualifications and Skills: Advanced English spoken and written. Spanish is a plus. - Experience in consumer electronics and FMCG or CPG companies is an advantage. - Experienced participation in S&OP processes. - Detailed understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Operation Process (Demand - Supply - Logistics - Inventory Management - Customer Service). - Demonstrated decision-making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information. - Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. - Demonstrated leadership abilities. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive, proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative. - Strong teamwork spirit. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) #LI-AL1   Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
