FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES Supervisa la carga y descarga de mercancías de barcos y otros medios de transporte para documentar los daños a medida que se cargan y/o descargan. Inspecciona barcos dañados para determinar la causa del daño y la cantidad de daños resultantes de colisiones o fallas mecánicas. CALIFICACIONES Educación y Licencias Se prefiere título universitario de una institución acreditada. Experiencia Cinco (5) años o más de experiencia relacionada o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia (requerido). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees loading and unloading of cargo from ships and other forms of transit to document damages as they are loaded and/or unloaded. Inspects damaged ships to determine cause of the damage and amount of damage resulting from collisions or motor failures. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience Five (5) years or more of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
