The Role: As Territory Account Manager for Finland, you will play a critical role in the continued expansion of Logitech’s Finnish B2B operations, with a strong emphasis on engaging both partners and end-customers. This role focuses on driving sales and building market presence across Video Collaboration and Productivity solutions together with our current local team. Your responsibilities will be to achieve sales objectives by creating demand and cultivating strong relationships with accounts to ensure market success. By leveraging your expertise and deep understanding of the Finnish market, you will play a pivotal role in growing Logitech’s presence, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to businesses across Finland. Your Contribution: Client Relationships & Account Growth - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Finnish partners and end-customers. - Proactively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and secure new clients. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Logitech solutions. - Provide regular updates and account reviews to clients to drive transparency and alignment. - Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and resolve any challenges with professionalism. Sales Channel Management - Represent Logitech’s product portfolio to Finnish partners, including corporate offices and sales teams. - Act as a trusted technology adviser for accounts, becoming their go-to partner in Video Collaboration and productivity solutions. - Manage pricing strategies, promotional activities, and content across client platforms. - Collaborate with the Logitech sales team to execute scalable sales strategies for growth. Market Insights & Strategy - Stay informed about Finnish market trends, customer demands, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. - Develop and implement strategic plans targeting the Finnish market’s needs in education, business productivity, and video conferencing. - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate account performance and discuss growth strategies. - Work closely with Logitech’s Product Management, Marketing, and Distribution teams to align efforts across business categories. Marketing & Reporting - Plan and implement yearly and quarterly marketing activities to achieve sales targets. - Conduct consistent reporting to internal leadership about progress, forecasts, and key metrics. - Develop sales incentives and promotional campaigns tailored for the Finnish market to maximize results. - Maintain accurate forecasts for product demand, promotions, and budget-related activities. Your Qualifications and Essential Skills: - Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in the Finnish B2B landscape. - Proven success in building relationships with national channel partners (OEMs, distributors, VARs). - Experience creating and executing end-user and channel strategies tailored for the Finnish market. - Native-level Finnish language skills and excellent English communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations and secure competitive growth opportunities. - Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively in dynamic environments. - Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite or similar. - Track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives in a competitive setting. - Collaboration Skills - Strategic thinking with the ability to develop actionable plans for clients and partners. - Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to lead effective Quarterly Business Reviews and strategy discussions. - Capacity to work independently while fostering collaboration across internal teams. #LI-YS1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
