This program is ideal for individuals with the ambition to build a dynamic career in the healthcare industry and have an impact on emerging markets. Participants gain hands-on experience through carefully structured project assignments, guided by mentorship from Abbott’s leadership team, providing real-world exposure and strategic insights into our business. Designed to complement students’ schedule and discipline, providing the experience needed for a successful career shift, we offer advanced assignments that focus on marketing, strategy, finance, commercial execution or operations . Projects are designed to empower participants to develop innovative solutions to real business needs. Each assignment delivers meaningful impact while providing deep exposure to the healthcare industry and Abbott’s Medicines business.
