The Opportunity As a Senior Business Analyst – SAP S/4 SCM , you will lead the analysis and resolution of complex, cross-module SAP issues in Supply Chain Management. You’ll provide consulting services, root-cause analysis, and targeted end-user training while driving opportunities for effective use of SAP technology and solutions. What You’ll Do Act as the primary SAP support contact for Operations (Materials Management, Distribution, Quality Management, Production Planning). Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP S/4 Supply Chain Operations. Provide leadership in SAP S/4HANA production support and problem resolution. Liaise between SAP support teams and technical groups to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with SLAs, change control, and regulatory requirements. Participate in projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4 SCM (MM, Distribution, QM, Production Planning). Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA SCM configuration/customization. Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Fiori apps, SAP MDG, SAP APO.
