      JOB DESCRIPTION: 主要职责/Key Responsibilities： 1. 负责仓库物料和成品的收货、发货及内部转移，确保操作准确及时。 Responsible for receiving, shipping, and internal transfer of warehouse materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 2. 跟踪并处理收货异常和库存差异。 Track and resolve receiving issues and inventory discrepancies. 3. 熟练使用物料管理系统，准备并维护相关文件，并能根据业务需求查询并共享系统 中的历史数据。 Proficient in using material management system and maintaining documentation. Research and share historical data from the system as needed. 4. 协助库存清理和循环盘点，直至月末财务结算。 Assist with stock sweeps and cycle counts, support month-end financial close. 5. 参加必需的培训，遵守EHS规定，提出EHS改进建议。 Attend required training, comply with EHS regulations, and suggest improvements to EHS programs. 6. 遵守质量体系要求在仓库开展业务的实施与有效性维护。 Ensure implementation and effectiveness of the Quality System in warehouse. 7. 完成其他分配任务。 Other duties as assigned. 任职资格/Job Requirements： 1. 资格证书/Certificate： 持物流相关证书优先 Logistics-related certificates preferred 2. 外语技能/Foreign Language Skills： 基本的英语阅读能力 Basic English reading skills 3. 计算机软件技能Software Skills： 熟练掌握办公软件（word, excel, PPT等软件）、ERP的操作技能。 Proficient in operating skills of office software (word, excel, PPT etc.) and ERP 4. 工作经验或专业背景/Work Experience or Professional Background： 2年仓储相关工作领域的经验。 2 years of experience in warehousing-related work fields. 5. 教育背景/Education Background： 大专及以上学历，物流相关专业优先 College degree or above, logistics related majors are preferred 6. 其它要求/Others：   有团队合作精神；具备良好的职业道德水平；具有安全质量意识。 Have teamwork spirit; good professional ethics; safety and quality awareness.       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Supply Chain       DIVISION:          LOCATION: China > Hangzhou : #198 12th Street, Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Area       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
