Vận hành Livestream Lên kịch bản livestream theo định hướng giải trí, phù hợp với thương hiệu và nhu cầu khách hàng. Làm việc với Host để đảm bảo nội dung truyền tải đúng và hấp dẫn. Chuẩn bị phòng live, thiết bị (camera, đèn, mic...) – sẽ được đào tạo nếu chưa có kinh nghiệm. Điều phối buổi livestream, xử lý tin nhắn khách hàng, tổ chức minigame, tận dụng các combo bán hàng. Phân tích hiệu suất sau mỗi phiên live để cải thiện vận hành. Quản lý bán hàng & sản phẩm Phối hợp với Commercial Planner xây dựng kế hoạch bán hàng và ngân sách. Khảo sát giá, hàng tồn kho, theo dõi tiến độ quà tặng. Set up sản phẩm trên Seller Center, đảm bảo tồn kho phù hợp. Làm mới hình ảnh thumbnail hàng tháng, phối hợp với KOLs và Influencer Lead. Vận hành shop Theo dõi các chỉ số vận hành liên quan đến nhãn hàng phụ trách. Chăm sóc khách hàng, xử lý khiếu nại, kháng lỗi trên sàn. Phối hợp với bộ phận fulfillment để giải quyết vấn đề vận chuyển. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học. Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc liên quan. Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, sáng tạo nội dung, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm TMĐT. Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, linh hoạt xử lý tình huống. Sử dụng Excel, PowerPoint cơ bản.
