      JOB DESCRIPTION: Ben jij nauwkeurig, leergierig en wil je ontdekken hoe een internationale farmaceutische organisatie haar kwaliteitssystemen beheert? Dan is deze stage bij Abbott iets voor jou! Over de stage Als stagiair op de afdeling Quality Systems ben je onderdeel van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor document control en het beheer van ons Training Management System. Je leert hoe een farmaceutische productiesite haar kwaliteitssystemen ontwikkelt, beheert en optimaliseert. Daarbij maak je kennis met systemen zoals DARIUS (Electronic Documentation System) en ISOtrain (Training Management System). Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren QS-officers aan het operationeel onderhoud van documentatie- en trainingssystemen en draagt bij aan het waarborgen van compliance en “inspection readiness”. Kortom: een unieke kans om te zien hoe kwaliteit en regelgeving samenkomen in een internationale farmaceutische omgeving! Wat ga je doen? Beheren en monitoren van document-workflows in DARIUS (aanmaken, routeren, reminders, statusbewaking). Controleren van documenten (opmaak, metadata, referenties, geldige bijlagen). Uitgeven en innemen documen Archiveren en opschonen van verouderde records conform SOP. Onderhouden trainingen in het Training Management Systeeem Opstellen van trainingsrapportages voor de verschillende afdelingen. Wat bieden wij jou? Je volgt een mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in administratie of business services. Je bent nauwkeurig, neemt eigenaarschap en communiceert klantgericht. Je beheerst MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) en spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels goed. Interesse?
