      JOB DESCRIPTION: Job description Internal job title: Seller Growth Executive Job Function / Department: Online to Offline (O2O) Report to: Seller Growth Manager Working location: Flemington Tower - 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCMC Contract: Third-party contract Explain acronyms: O2O = Online-to-Offline (mô hình kết hợp bán hàng online và offline). SKU = Stock Keeping Unit (mã định danh sản phẩm) CLP = Customer Loyalty Program (Khách hàng trung thành) P&L = Profit and Loss (báo cáo hoặc quản lý lợi nhuận và chi phí). New model instruction: O2O (Online-to-Offline) connects online platforms with offline experiences. Customers discover products online (via ads, livestreams) and complete purchases through offline channels or integrated delivery, creating a seamless shopping journey. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Shopee Virtual Store: • Conduct in-depth sales data analysis to develop an optimized assortment and commercial plan • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the plan, including product listing and pricing, stock fulfilment, shop content production (livestream/videos), Ad optimization, Order management, customer services • Provide weekly performance reports and daily run-rate updates to track progress and deliver a comprehensive business overview Seller Satellite program : A program managed by an agency to enhance online selling capabilities for CLPs • Manage the CLP community and share weekly updates on program developments • Partner with platform Account Managers to secure benefits and support, including violation appeals for CLPs under the program • Coordinate with enablers to ensure complete support for CLPs, covering Ad optimization, Content production, Commercial planning       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Sales Force       DIVISION:          LOCATION: Vietnam > Ho Chi Minh City > Flemington Tower       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
