      JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager – Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) | EMEA & APAC Location: Brussels, Belgium Division: Heart Failure Make a difference in patient care. As Marketing Manager for Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) , you will lead strategic initiatives that shape patient pathways and expand access to life-saving therapies across EMEA and APAC. What You’ll Do Define and execute marketing strategies to accelerate adoption of Abbott’s MCS solutions across diverse markets. Partner with regional and global teams to deliver integrated marketing plans and impactful product launches. Lead market development initiatives, including readiness assessments for new countries and business case submissions. Collaborate with clinical teams to communicate evidence-based benefits and support training programs. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and drive awareness through expert panels and referral networks. Analyze market trends and performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies. Align demand planning and supply chain for successful product availability across regions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices (Class III preferred). Proven ability to influence across a matrix organization and lead regional initiatives. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for improving patient outcomes. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments. Why Join Us?
