      JOB DESCRIPTION: 主要工作职能：Primary Job Function: 按照工厂实验室的相关程序执行理化测试的相关活动，包括对实验室样品进行理化项目检验、结果复核、结果报告和记录归档，支持实验室设备的验证活动与日常维护，支持实验室化学分析方法的验证活动。 --核心工作职责:Core Job Responsibilities: 理化分析员： 1. 负责按照SOP、质量标准、测试方法对原辅料、包材、半成品、成品、稳定性样品所有理化项目进行检验、结果复核、结果报告。 2. 确保能熟练操作所有原辅料、包材、半成品、成品检验的仪器/设备。 3. 负责按照相关的SOP对原辅料、包材、半成品、成品（包括化学及微生物）的取样。 4. 负责按照预订的方案执行相关的检验工作。 5. 能发现检验过程中的异常，并报告。 6. 负责管理化学试剂，按照先进先出的原则使用，按规定检查以确定试剂的适用性。 7. 负责在化学检验方面技术难题的解决。 8. 负责维护原辅料、包材、半成品、成品检验仪器/设备。 9. 对设备选型提供建议。 --部门培训协调员： 1. 负责部门的培训包括线下或线上（ISOtrain）及时完成。 --其他： 1. 负遵守GMP和实验室SOP规定，确保检验符合SOP。 2. 确保其职责范围内不导致： 2.1. 产品放行的延迟或缺货； 2.2. CIP执行的延迟； 2.3. 团队的失败； 2.4. 不遵守GMP和GLP。 3. 遵守实验室安全规程和EHS规定，安全操作并按照要求正确佩戴防护用品。 4. 确保危险品按照政府和公司要求管理。 5. 负责起草化学分析方法验证方案，验证的执行，编写验证报告。 6. 负责起草化学仪器验证方案，验证的执行，编写验证报告。 7. 负责编制其工作领域相关的SOP和产品文件。 8. 作为Darius部门协调员，负责部门内的质量文件上传系统与测试分析记录的打印。 9. 任何其他由主管分配的工作和职责。 学历要求：Minimum Education: 药学/质量管理/化学/生物或相关专业本科以上学历。 工作经验/培训要求：Minimum Experience/Training Required: 1.具有药学，医药工业化学QC工作经验。 2. 英文熟练，可使用英文作为工作语言，参与global会议的交流;能够阅读与本职工作相关的英文信息/资料。       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Operations Quality       DIVISION: EPD Established Pharma          LOCATION: China > Shanghai : EPO Plant       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
