      JOB DESCRIPTION: Bến Tre: Địa bàn tuyến - Bến Tre + Long An + Tiền Giang + Trà Vinh + Vĩnh Long (Handle Hyper/Super: 54 call - Minimart: 56 call - Mom & Baby: 5 call) HCM: Thủ Đức, Quận 2, Quận 9 Mục tiêu của vị trí Đóng vai trò đại diện Abbott hoàn thành mục tiêu doanh số tại các cửa hàng. Phụ trách các cửa hàng, chủ yếu là siêu thị/cửa hàng nhỏ. Áp dụng hành vi và kỹ năng nền tảng cơ bản để đạt yêu cầu công việc. Sử dụng nguồn lực và dữ liệu có sẵn theo hướng dẫn để làm việc hiệu quả với khách hàng. Các trách nhiệm chính - Làm việc tại các cửa hàng trọng điểm với vai trò đại diện Abbott, quản lý khoảng 30-40 cửa hàng (chủ yếu là Hyper/Super/ minimart). - Quản lý PG tại điểm bán và xử lý các vấn đề của khách hàng. - Báo cáo kịp thời lượng hàng bán ra và tồn kho. - Nhận và hoàn thành đơn hàng cho cửa hàng không có PG, thu thập đơn hàng từ PG theo quy trình công ty. - Đảm bảo bổ sung hàng tồn kho đầy đủ để đạt mục tiêu tuần, tháng, quý. - Đảm bảo hàng hóa luôn có sẵn trên kệ chính và khu vực trưng bày. - Triển khai đúng và kịp thời các chương trình thuê/giao dịch tại cửa hàng. - Cập nhật hoạt động của đối thủ và hoàn thành mục tiêu doanh thu. - Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ để đảm bảo cung ứng hàng hóa đúng và kịp thời. - Tuân thủ kế hoạch làm việc của Giám sát bán hàng, nâng cấp và duy trì cửa hàng. - Thực thi các yêu cầu về OSA, SOS, Planogram, khuyến mãi, thuê mướn và tung hàng mới. - Tuân thủ quy định công ty và thực hiện nhiệm vụ được giao. - Xây dựng mối quan hệ và mô hình kinh doanh bền vững với khách hàng. - Báo cáo đầy đủ và chính xác theo yêu cầu của công ty hoặc cấp trên.       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Sales Force       DIVISION:          LOCATION: Vietnam > Ho Chi Minh City > Flemington Tower       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
