      JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Responsibilities Work closely with Marketing team to develop brand/channel strategies and brand plan across channels Turn brand strategies into in-store execution plan and ensure whole loop alignment with cross functions Deploy and ensure excellence execution by work closely with channel Head and sales team Manage and control trade spending budget Understand and utilize shopper insight to develop win at point of purchase plan  Monitor Trade Marketing execution at store level and measure ROI for all Trade Marketing Programs. Supervisory / Management Responsibilities Strong collaboration and be able to work cross functional Require strong and combination of analytical skill, people management, and project management.  Able to work under pressure and strong in problem solving and solutions. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required Business degree is preferable At least an intermediate English level.
