      JOB DESCRIPTION: OBJECTIVE プロダクトマネジャーはマーケティングプランを基に、社内にて製品をリードしプロモーション活動を実践していくポジションです。 主な職務内容・責任範囲 市場および競合分析 ・業界動向、顧客ニーズ、競合他社の製品・戦略を定期的に調査・分析し、事業戦略に反映 ・定量・定性データを活用した市場機会の特定と提案 マーケティング計画および施策の立案・実行 ・年間マーケティングプランの策定（プロモーション、学会、イベント、デジタル施策など） ・KPIに基づいた施策の実行と効果測定、改善提案 製品管理（新製品のローンチを含む） ・製品ライフサイクルの管理（企画、導入、成長、成熟、終売） ・新製品の市場投入に向けた戦略立案、国内外の社内、社外関係者との連携 営業研修の企画・実施 ・営業部門向けの製品・市場・競合に関するトレーニング資料の作成 ・研修の実施およびフィードバックの収集・改善 コミュニケーション戦略の立案・実行 ・ブランドメッセージの統一と社内外への発信 ・広告、PR、デジタルメディアを活用した効果的な情報発信 社内外の顧客関係管理 ・主要顧客との関係構築・維持（KOL、パートナー企業など） ・社内関連部門（営業、財務、薬事、安全管理部、サポートなど）との連携強化 資本管理（必要に応じて） ・マーケティング予算の策定・管理 ・ROIを意識した投資判断と報告 EDUCATION 大学卒業以上 循環器領域に対する知識：特に心疾患があればプラス PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE プロダクトマーケティング/医療機器管理経験 デジタルプロモーション経験 疾患啓発に関わる経験 KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS 高い倫理観をもって、他者に正直に誠実且つ真摯に向き合うことができること チームワークを重んじ、積極的に社内外の関係者とコミュニケーションを図り、チームで業務を進めることができる 顧客との関係構築 English language is preferred. 基本的なマーケティングスキルがあれば好ましい 基本的なITスキル(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Marketing Support       DIVISION: AVD Vascular          LOCATION: Japan > Tokyo : Mita South Tower, Minato-ku       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
