      JOB DESCRIPTION: TỔNG QUAN: Contract: 3rd Party Services Report to: Online to Offline Operations Manager Working location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, D11 Working time: Mon-Sat (Flexible remote work on Saturdays) Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một ứng viên có tư duy phân tích sắc bén, kỹ năng lập kế hoạch thực tiễn và khả năng tổng hợp dữ liệu hiệu quả. Vai trò này đòi hỏi sự cân bằng giữa lợi nhuận của đại lý, mặt bằng giá thị trường và chính sách của các nền tảng thương mại điện tử. Ứng viên lý tưởng cần có kinh nghiệm vận hành trên các sàn TMĐT, hiểu rõ tính khả thi trong thực tế và có khả năng phối hợp linh hoạt với các phòng ban liên quan. 1. Lập kế hoạch danh mục sản phẩm (Assortment Planning) Phân bổ theo từng kênh: bán trực tiếp và thông qua KOL. Dựa trên dữ liệu lịch sử và cập nhật trọng tâm: kích cỡ, chương trình khuyến mãi, tỷ lệ đơn hàng, quà tặng,... Xây dựng kế hoạch phân bổ nguồn lực: quà tặng, hỗ trợ từ CMM; cập nhật thời điểm sẵn sàng của quà tặng và điều kiện chương trình. 2. Lập kế hoạch giá (Pricing Planning) Xác định mức giá cuối cùng đến tay đại lý (CLPs): Tham khảo giá nhập và các chương trình hỗ trợ. Phân tích chi phí để đảm bảo mức giá hợp lý. Phối hợp với đội ngũ kinh doanh để kiểm tra và phản hồi. 3. Quản lý chi phí nền tảng (Platform Fee Management) Đánh giá thực tế: giá bán, mục tiêu, phí nền tảng, chương trình khuyến mãi, sự kiện, so sánh với các nền tảng khác. Kiểm soát ngân sách hỗ trợ (Marketplace Fee / CIR); cảnh báo nếu phát sinh chênh lệch. 4. Quản lý giá chương trình Flash Sales Phân tích chính sách nền tảng để xác định các loại chi phí liên quan. Tính toán mức giá bù theo từng SKU, chương trình và chiến dịch. Đảm bảo giá Flash Sales sau khi trừ chi phí và bù giá vẫn phù hợp với CLPs. 5. Đánh giá hiệu suất nền tảng (PFM Review) Cập nhật và so sánh hiệu suất thực tế theo kênh với kế hoạch đề ra. Nêu bật các vấn đề liên quan đến giá, chương trình khuyến mãi, tỷ lệ đơn hàng và lỗi vận hành (nếu có). 6. Tổng hợp dữ liệu chi phí (Cost & Data Consolidation) Tổng hợp dữ liệu chi phí từ nhiều nguồn (dashboard truyền thông, báo cáo tài chính, dữ liệu từ agency). Đảm bảo tính nhất quán giữa chi phí báo cáo và giao dịch thực tế. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý sai lệch. Hỗ trợ báo cáo kinh doanh định kỳ hàng tháng. Kết quả đầu ra kỳ vọng Hồ sơ kế hoạch danh mục và giá theo chiến dịch, tháng hoặc quý. Bảng theo dõi chi phí và hiệu suất nền tảng được cập nhật định kỳ (hàng ngày/tháng). Báo cáo chênh lệch về chi phí, giá và chương trình khuyến mãi giữa chính sách nền tảng và thực tế. Dữ liệu tổng hợp chuẩn phục vụ báo cáo kinh doanh hàng tháng. YÊU CẦU: Kinh nghiệm: 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lập kế hoạch hàng hóa và vận hành trên các sàn thương mại điện tử. Kỹ năng: Thành thạo phân tích dữ liệu, lập kế hoạch giá và kiểm soát chi phí; phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban. Công cụ: Sử dụng tốt Excel và các phần mềm báo cáo; biết dùng BI tools là một lợi thế. Tư duy & thái độ: Tỉ mỉ, chủ động, linh hoạt và có khả năng thích ứng nhanh.
