      JOB DESCRIPTION: Abbott Biologicals in Olst is wereldwijd verantwoordelijk voor het afvullen van Lactulose, de productie van hormoonpreparaten en het formuleren van Mebeverine. Daarnaast wordt op de vestiging het griepvaccin Influvac® afgevuld en vindt er contract manufacturing plaats. Voor deze producten geldt Abbott Biologicals in Olst als hét center of excellence. Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een: QC Chemisch Analist Waar kom je te werken? Het QC Incoming goods Laboratorium is onderdeel van de afdeling Quality Control en verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en vrijgeven van de grondstoffen en actieve ingrediënten voor de producten die in Olst worden geproduceerd. Daarnaast is het QC Incoming goods Laboratorium ook verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en vrijgeven van verschillende verpakkingsmaterialen en voor sample management. Naast het Incoming goods Laboratorium bestaat de afdeling Quality Control verder uit een Sterile products Laboratorium, een Oral products Laboratorium. Wat ga je doen als Chemisch Analist? Als Chemisch Analist richt jij je op het analyseren van monsters van de grondstoffen en actieve ingrediënten. Werkzaamheden voer je uit in overeenstemming met richtlijnen vanuit ons kwaliteitssysteem, zodat kwaliteit van producten en proces voldoet aan kwaliteit- en veiligheidseisen. Wat worden je taken en verantwoordelijkheden? Het uitvoeren van vrijgifte analyses van grondstoffen en actieve ingrediënten; HPLC, GC, titraties, LOD, FT-IR, NIR en diverse nat chemische testen. Tijdig afronding van (apparatuur) onderhoud en kwalificatie werkzaamheden. Up-to-date houden van het voorraadbeheer van het laboratorium. Meewerken aan onderzoeken/projecten binnen de QC-afdeling en waar nodig samenspraak zoeken met andere afdelingen binnen Abbott Olst. Knelpunten signaleren en meedenken over verbeterplannen met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden binnen QC. Wat voor kennis en ervaring neem je mee? Je hebt minimaal een Laboratoriumopleiding op MBO-3 of 4 niveau (MLO), chemische richting; Ervaring met de analysetechniek HPLC, GC en titraties is een pré; Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie en bent bekend met GMP; Ervaring met het werken vanuit verschillende pharmacopoeia is een pré; Je beschikt over goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; Je bent full time (40 uur) beschikbaar.
