What You’ll Work On Lead & Empower : Supervise recycling staff, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency. Keep Operations Flowing : Oversee timely collection, sorting, and disposal of waste and recyclables. Champion Safety & Compliance : Enforce OSHA standards and environmental regulations, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workplace. Maintain & Improve : Manage equipment like compactors and balers, coordinate repairs, and implement best practices for sustainability. Drive Results : Track recycling metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and help reduce landfill waste. Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards. Strong organizational and communication skills.
