      JOB DESCRIPTION: Projectomschrijving Tijdens deze stage ga je onderzoeken welke onderhoudsstrategie het meest kostenefficiënt is. Je vergelijkt intern onderhoud door Abbott-medewerkers met extern onderhoud door de leverancier. Daarnaast ontwikkel je een implementatieplan waarin je aangeeft op welke momenten onderhoud het beste kan plaatsvinden. Projectdoelen Opstellen van een adviesplan voor de meest geschikte onderhoudsstrategie bij Abbott Zwolle. Uitwerken van een kosteninschatting voor onderhoud door eigen personeel versus leverancier-monteurs. Ontwikkelen van een implementatieplan voor onderhoudsmomenten. Projectaanpak Je werkt volgens de DMAIC-structuur. Momenteel wordt al het onderhoud uitgevoerd door leverancier-monteurs. Gezien de grote hoeveelheid equipment is het nu het moment om te onderzoeken of intern onderhoud haalbaar en voordelig is, inclusief risicoanalyse en consequenties. Passende opleiding HBO/WO Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde Studentenprogramma Abbott Bij Abbott word je tijdens je stage begeleid door een inhoudsbegeleider van de afdeling waar je stage loopt. Daarnaast krijg je een procesbegeleider die je helpt om jouw stageproject te managen via een managementtool. We maken hiervoor gebruik van de DMAIC-structuur, maar als jouw opleiding een andere structuur vereist, kunnen we die ook inzetten. Door het hebben van twee begeleiders, op inhoud en structuur, leer je omgaan met diverse stakeholders, hoe projectmanagement werkt en bewaken we samen de voortgang van je project. Elke week neem je deel aan een studentenmeeting, waar alle stagiairs samenkomen om elkaar te helpen, van elkaar te leren en voor de gezelligheid! Kortom, je staat er niet alleen voor tijdens je stage bij Abbott. Daarnast krijg je ook een mooie stagevergoeding van 500 euro per maand! Interesse?
