      JOB DESCRIPTION: Projectomschrijving Onze productielijn verwerkt diverse materialen, waaronder verpakkingscomponenten en halffabricaten. De verwerkbaarheid van deze materialen wordt beïnvloed door specificaties, opslagcondities, omgevingsfactoren en machinecapaciteit. Dit project richt zich op het in kaart brengen van alle relevante variabelen en het ontwikkelen van praktische richtlijnen om de stabiliteit van het productieproces te verbeteren. Projectdoelen Onderzoeken welke materiaal- en opslagcondities de verwerkbaarheid beïnvloeden. Bepalen welke machineparameters cruciaal zijn voor stabiele verwerking. Ontwikkelen van een model dat materiaalconditie, omgevingsfactoren en machineperformance koppelt. Opstellen van richtlijnen voor materiaalconditie en opslag. Uitvoeren van proefruns en analyseren van resultaten om verbeterpunten te identificeren. Projectaanpak Analyse van materiaalspecificaties en omgevingsvariabelen. Onderzoek naar machinecapability en procesparameters. Uitvoeren van proefruns op de productielijn en resultaten interpreteren. Opstellen van praktische adviezen en richtlijnen voor de productieafdeling. Rapporteren van bevindingen en formuleren van aanbevelingen. Passende opleiding HBO of WO in Technische Bedrijfskunde , Werktuigbouwkunde , Procestechnologie , Industrieel Product Ontwerpen , of een vergelijkbare richting. Affiniteit met productieprocessen, data-analyse en optimalisatie. Studentenprogramma Abbott Bij Abbott word je tijdens je stage begeleid door de inhoudsbegeleider van de afdeling waar je stage gaat lopen. Daarnaast krijg je een procesbegeleider, die je helpt om jouw stageproject te managen via een managementtool. We maken hiervoor gebruik van de DMAIC-structuur, maar als jouw opleiding een andere structuur vereist, kunnen we die ook inzetten. Door het hebben van twee begeleiders op inhoud en structuur leer je omgaan met diverse stakeholders, hoe projectmanagement werkt en bewaken we samen de voortgang van je project. Elke week neem je deel aan een studentenmeeting, waar alle stagiairs samenkomen om elkaar te helpen, van elkaar te leren en voor de gezelligheid!
