Abbott's Business Automation Solutions sucht am Standort Hamburg ab sofort einen Financial Analyst (m/w/d) Sie sind verantwortlich für: Erstellung monatlicher Berichte und Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Unterstützung bei quartalsweisen Latest Best Estimates (LBEs) für das Headquarter in den USA unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Deadlines Unterstützung bei Transfer Pricing- und Standard-Cost-Prozessen Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Analyse von Other Manufacturing Costs (Absorption, Purchase Price Variances, Manufacturing Variances) Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der FP&A-Prozesse mit dem Ziel maximaler Automatisierung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management bei Budgetplanung und Forecasting Verantwortung für die Planung und Analyse der Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) sowie deren Auswirkungen auf die Bilanz Vorbereitung von RCEs (Request for Capital Expenditure) bei Bedarf sowie Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Genehmigungen für Service-Equipment CAPEX: Monatliche Abstimmung und Analyse relevanter Konten inkl. Kommentierung von Abweichungen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Power BI-Berichten sowie Erstellung von Dashboards zur Visualisierung von Kennzahlen Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern zur Analyse von Trends und Auffälligkeiten in den Ergebnissen Erstellung von Bilanz- und Kostenanalysen inkl. Abweichungsanalysen Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Headquarter in den USA und Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation Proaktive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und aktive Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsprozessen Qualifikation: Vorzugsweise Bachelor im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften und relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, FP&A von mindestens 1,5 Jahren Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel Sehr gute Power BI-Kenntnisse Kenntnisse von Microsoft Business Central und TM1 sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens B1 Level und gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten werden vorausgesetzt Verwaltung großer Datenmengen in für das Management nützliche Formate erforderlich Fähigkeit, den Status Quo zu hinterfragen und innovative Prozesse und Lösungen zu entwickeln Analytisches Denken, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten .
