Core Job Responsibilities Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company. Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Determining selection criteria Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management).
