      JOB DESCRIPTION: 主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:  1.    现场安全管理的监督和落实。 2.    根据生产计划安排生产，完成每班的产量及生产效率目标。 3.    生产现场监督管理，确保按SOP要求进行操作。根据规程处置各类质量问题或偏差，需要时向生产经理汇报。 4.    总体负责班组的质量、合规、技能方面的培训管理。 5.    积极参与持续改善活动，在人、机、料、法、环等各方面不断提升现场管理水平。 6.    总体负责班组员工入职阶段的面试及日常绩效评估。 7.    完成生产经理委派的各项工作。 任职条件Qualifications: 1.    大专以上学历（全日制本科学历优先）。 2.    3-5年或以上生产管理经验，具有一个完整工段车间的独立管理经验。 3.    具备Word，Excel，PPT等基本电脑操作技能（会Excel函数，会编程者优先）。 4.    能使用英语进行阅读和简单书写（四级及以上水平优先） 5.    良好的执行力，组织管理能力、协调和沟通能力。 6.    良好的质量意识和强大的工作责任心。 7.    有精益生产相关培训经历或实践经验者优先。       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Manufacturing       DIVISION: CSP ARDx Consumer Services and Products          LOCATION: China > Shanghai : 151 Libing Rd Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
