      JOB DESCRIPTION: PRIMARY FUNCTION / OBJECTIVE 上司と報告、連絡、相談を密に取りながら、顧客 (医師、医学研究所、病院、代理店等)を訪問し、売上目標を達成する。医療情報、顧客情報の収集に努め、医師や医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、医療情報の提供を行う。 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY 1. 地域全体の製品販売目標および関連する個々の製品目標達成に責任を持つ。 2. 新規顧客、既存顧客、KOLや業界リーダーとの関係を構築し、維持する。 3. 担当地域の市場動向や競合他社の活動状況の理解に努める。 4. 医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、当社製品の適正使用に関する情報やトレーニングの提供を行う。顧客からの苦情や製品クレームに対して、誠意をもって迅速かつ的確な対応を行う。 5. 営業部門や関係部門と協同しながら仕事を進める。 EDUCATION Required minimum formal education 学士号または同等の学位 Preferred formal education KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS 医療業界での営業経験 (業界経験は必須ではないが、あれば有利であり望ましい) 営業経験を複数年お持ちの方が望ましいですが、業務に対して真摯に、誠実に取り組む姿勢を備えていることが最優先事項です       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Sales Force       DIVISION: SH Structural Heart          LOCATION: Japan > Saitama : Matsukame Center Bldg 5F 1-45, Shimo-cho, Omiya-ku,Saitama-shi       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
