      JOB DESCRIPTION: Main Responsibilities: * The position serves as the primary contact for clarifying reagent report interpretation and troubleshooting; providing reagent correlation and application; as well as technical education for customers before and after instrument installation. It also provides support to the sales and service team for business growth. The main job responsibility will be: Deliver Customer Operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site Perform new instrument and assay implementations through to Test of Record On-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching Skills & Experience Required:* Bachelor degree in medical technology, biological science or  medical related is preferred Proven track record in a Diagnostic laboratory or similar position, supported by management and customer references preferred or Graduate entry program. Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
