Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.   What You’ll Do - Prepare annual and longer-term   marketing plans . - Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels. - Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to   customer needs . - Coordinate the   development of sales   objectives, strategies,   advertising , promotion programs, public relations and   market research   activities and ensure their execution. - Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits - Carry out dual visits with the   sales team   on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the   sales force , efficient practice of strategies. - Develop, implement and update   product training   to   sales force   on an ongoing basis. - Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.
