What You’ll Work On: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment, power systems, lighting, controls, and PLC logic. Work hands‑on with 24V–600V power, automation controllers, VFDs, sensors, and inspection devices. Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems reliable and reduce downtime. Use diagnostic tools like voltage testers, ammeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment. Lead, guide, and train team members; document and communicate shift activities clearly. Support production across packaging, processing, filling, warehousing, and facilities. Respond quickly to equipment issues, troubleshoot I/O systems, and partner with operations to maintain uptime. Participate in electrical upgrades and oversee contractor work. Ensure safety and compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company standards. Stay current on technology through training and vendor programs. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge of electricity, electrical theory, PLCs, and pneumatic systems Ability to work safely in electrical panels up to 480 volts Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualification Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field Technical training preferred. Why Join Us? Position Details Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00pm – 6:00am) Schedule: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent 4-week rotation: Sample Rotation: Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs) Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs) Week 3: Same as Week 1 Week 4: Same as Week 2 This schedule offers stability and work-life balance while providing opportunities for overtime.
