Overview The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist of Marketing Operations to support and scale lead gen. campaigns through technology and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical marketer with a track record of creative thinking to develop, execute, measure and optimize lead gen. campaigns. The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is responsible for defining a best-in-class Lead Generation discipline and scaling it across business units and regions, including to the people, processes, content, technologies, and data. Role In this technical marketing role, you will: • Design HTML email campaigns and templates and target audience segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) • Conduct A/B testing of emails to optimize performance. • Build lead capture forms and landing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Create automated journeys and drip campaigns. • Create Cvent landing pages, event invitation and survey emails. • Create and manager webinars on Zoom. • Measure and analyze campaign performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and tech teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality campaign assets. • Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and privacy regulations. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should have: • A bachelor/master’s degree in appropriate field, preferably MBA in marketing, business, communication or a related field. • Over 3 years of experience in marketing technology and automation. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates. • Fluent English-speaking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in creating webinars in Zoom/On24. • Experience in Cvent is a plus. • Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA etc. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should preferably be based in Bogota, Colombia. We are working in a hybrid mode, so the candidate should be available to go to the Mastercard office 3 times a week.
