Overview The Mastercard Decision Management Platform team have an exciting opportunity to hire a Lead Technical Program Manager with scrum experience to drive our platform strategy forward. • Would you like to build industry leading solutions for fighting payments fraud? • Are you passionate about customer experience journeys, low latency (the speed it takes to authorize a payment card), high volume (think Google searches and then some), and highly available (5 9s) software solutions? • Would you like to be a part of an organization that is driving a world beyond cash? Role • Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing the programs release strategy • Assist in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth • Provide technical and advisory support for staff to ensure the implementation of applications/infrastructure • Ensure a successful delivery, which will include: Planning release lifecycle, Version control management, Build and Development control management, Change management, Risk Management • Provide leadership and oversight on multiple projects of a complex nature • Provide timely, efficient communication on documented progress to stakeholders • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones • Responsible for overall relationship and deliverables across all projects • Assists in leading complex initiatives of strategic importance (e.g. cross functional/cross geographies) All About You • Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases • Experience in a scrum master role. • Familiarity with software development, technical terms and general concepts (especially experience with UX, API's & Microservices ) • Strong business acumen, with knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry preferred • Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills • Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationship • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) • Experience with Confluence, Rally or JIRA, Microsoft Project & Excel • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Outstanding organizational skills • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field • SAFe 4/5 certification is a plus Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
