Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people. As a Digital Health Solutions Sales Executive (DHS SE) you will be responsible for driving business and revenue growth for our Digital Health solutions within their designated region/country across diagnostic business units. DHSE partners with the diagnostics sales team to implement growth strategies, drive additional avenues of value, while enhancing pro tability. What You’ll Do • Acquiring New Business: Understand customer needs and acquire new business in districts lacking a Diagnostics and/or AlinIQ presence. • Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while managing sales budgets. • Process Design: Capable of proposing new customer work ows which leverage digital health solutions to solve recognized customer problems/pain points. • Executive Engagement: Engage with C-suite executives on issues like laboratory efciency and clinical excellence, population health, mergers, remote patient monitoring, and risk stratification. • Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities through healthcare improvements focusing on digital health solutions and reagent sales. • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and healthcare policies. • Contract Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations and develop strategic account plans. • Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and improving account activities. • Market Share Growth: Drive market share growth through new business opportunities and elevate brand reputation. • Communication Skills: Coordinate resources in a matrixed environment. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality system requirements. Impact of Position • Revenue Generation: Amplify DHS SE growth and maintain high margins. Design and execute new business models • Renewal Rates: Achieve high renewal rates in Core Diagnostics. • Digital Health Maturity: Increase digital health maturity among diagnostics sellers. Required Qualifications • Required: bachelor’s or associate degree with 4+ years of sales experience in healthcare or related elds. this role, equivalent job experience is sufficient • Knowledge on Hospitals operations (Patients flows, Hospitals economics) • Advanced English Preferred Qualifications • Preferred: Experience in leading complex contract negotiations, proven sales experience in Healthcare or Medical IT, and familiarity with IT in clinical laboratories / hospital / healthcare. •  Postgraduate studies in healthcare management Job Characteristics • Variety of Activities: Multiple projects occurring simultaneously, multi-tasking. •  Team player: understand cross area objectives and help design business cases that supports every member goals • People Focus: Team building, inspiring, motivating others, and engaging their commitment. • Decision-Making: Cooperative, collaborative decision-making. • Communication Style: Extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, empathetic, persuasive “selling” style. • Leadership: Ability to motivate others and delegate authority readily without direct report .
