Our 114,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.       JOB DESCRIPTION: Abbott is seeking a contract talent sourcer to provide candidate research and lead generation as part of an in-house executive recruitment team that supports all divisions and business functions. This contract sourcer will be responsible for identification of and outreach to passive candidates, partnering with various recruiters in support of key job openings, and a commitment to diverse slates. Operating out of the main building on HQ campus, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise, and serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent. It is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on candidate experience and business performance. Individuals ideally have years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating, and/or submitting passive candidates. Experience supporting diversity recruitment preferred.
