As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll effectively drive the monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP). What You’ll Do Demand Planning & forecasting. Supply Planning Inventory planning & control Reporting Continuous improvement Preparation for Audits, Compliances & SOX Serve as a backup for Customer Service Required Qualifications Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree. Strong analytical capability and planning skill Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written & presentation skills) in English Excellent interpersonal skills to handle issues impacting the balance of supply and demand Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to organize and prioritize work Demonstrates a basic level of computer literacy with high numerical accuracy Performance Factors Focuses on the Customer: Is dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
