Program Components: Impactful assignments that drive business results Networking sessions and leadership speaker series Volunteering and team building experiences Technology Risk Management: As a Technology Risk Management intern, you will be assigned to a business unit where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, helping shape Mastercard’s ethos of “doing well by doing good.” Monitor technology risk and compliance Develop, deliver, maintain and monitor IT policies, standards, and best practices. Oversee compliance and the implementation of design (up-to-date standard operating procedures) and operational (testing the validity of procedures periodically) effectiveness What you’ll need    - To be available to work full-time between 22nd June 2026 – 28th August 2026  - To be a Penultimate Undergraduate/Masters Student, due to graduate no earlier than 2027 - Strong verbal and written communication skills - High energy levels, flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator - Well planned, organised and structures to manage time and work effectively Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
