      JOB DESCRIPTION: Chef de Produits Junior Cardiac Rhythm Management - Stage (F/H) Le Chef de Produits Junior participe au développement de l’activité CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) en proposant des actions innovantes et en collaborant avec la Formatrice CRM et la Responsable e-santé. Développement d’outils de formation ou marketing Digitalisation de l’offre de formation et services CRM Réflexion sur les metrics et outils de tracking Veille Concurrentielle Analyse de vente Force de proposition MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES Préparer des outils de formation et de marketing à destination de la force de vente et des utilisateurs (cardiologues, infirmiers, ingénieurs biomédicaux hospitaliers, pharmaciens, responsables informatiques des hôpitaux et patients) ; Préparer et adapter les supports nécessaires à l’animation commerciale et éducation (préparation de supports pour l’organisation de réunions régionales et de conventions, les lancements de produits …) Collaborer sur l’offre de formation et sa digitalisation ; Contribuer au développement de l’utilisation de la télécardiologie et l’adaptation de la nouvelle règlementation ; Contribuer au développement d’un nouvel outil de reporting ; Respecter les pratiques, politiques et procédures compliance de la Société concernant les interactions avec les professionnels de santé ; Assurer la veille concurrentielle sur les offres proposées par les autres constructeurs ou acteurs du domaine de la santé ; Assurer la veille bibliographique sur les dernières actualités en rythmologie ; Réaliser d’autres tâches et responsabilités associées, assignées par le management. QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCES Formation supérieure BAC +4/+5 en ingénierie des dispositifs médicaux et/ou en marketing Disponibilité fin février- début mars Appétence pour les outils digitaux et les dispositifs médicaux à haut niveau technologique (formation technique initiale sera assurée dans le parcours d’intégration) Rigueur, prise d’initiative, créativité, curiosité, esprit d’équipe Bonnes compétences organisationnelles Aisance en anglais oral et écrit Qualités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais Vrai sens de moral, des valeurs éthiques et un respect des règles et procédures.
